建議大家在年前針對(duì)性把所有意向客戶都郵件跟進(jìn)了一遍，告知客人公司的假期安排，最后一個(gè)船期大約是哪一天，節(jié)假日之后最早能發(fā)貨的大概是什么時(shí)候。讓客戶心中有底，提醒客戶做好采購時(shí)間安排，庫存不足的提前安排。同時(shí)可以告知合作客戶，如果有緊急的事情可以電郵、電話溝通，不用介意會(huì)打擾到自己，但是要注意每封郵件、每通電話的溝通都是有效的。

放假期間，郵箱設(shè)置好自動(dòng)回復(fù)，一些新客戶有可能不了解中國(guó)的假期，假期期間發(fā)來詢盤或者其他的郵件，如果收不到任何反饋會(huì)影響整體的印象。同時(shí)，也配置好手機(jī)郵箱的客戶端。

不要拖著尾巴回家過年，不能結(jié)束的做好記錄了嗎？這么長(zhǎng)的假期，回來什么都忘了，如果不記錄，你會(huì)記不起當(dāng)時(shí)做到了什么地方，前功盡棄！

把聯(lián)系方式備份，帶回家，春節(jié)當(dāng)天可以發(fā)個(gè)短信，或者打個(gè)電話，告知客人今天是我們中國(guó)最重要的節(jié)日，希望能夠把喜悅與你們分享。
